First 48 hours
- Skip coffee, tea, red wine and curry for 48 hours
- Use the desensitizing gel if teeth feel zingy
- Drink dark drinks through a straw for the first week

- Rinse with water after coffee or wine
- Keep your trays in their case, away from heat
